Rob Dempster is an experienced professional who has lived a life of growth, hard work, and giving back. With more than 60 years of experience in sports, coaching, and business, Rob’s journey began on a dairy farm in Western Australia, and led him through championship-level basketball, a senior leadership position in real estate, and a love of personal growth. He has diplomas in Life & Career Coaching, Frontline Management, and Real Estate, but his greatest education has been through lived experience; lessons from his “almost wins” that shaped his accountability and mindset. Currently, Rob works as Director of Team Aspire TMF, where he brings to life his quest to find ways to add value in people’s lives, believing that success will come when he will grow with deliberate intent.
